DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!!! They have no ethics. I'm a real estate agent and I was contacted by Colarelli Homes to invite me to see some of their work and to introduce me to their referral compensation program. Shortly thereafter, I sold a lot in Shaw's River Ranch to one of my friends I've known for three years from pickleball who wanted to build a new home ASAP. Subsequently, I invited Colarelli to meet with John Shaw and I to discuss opportunities. After the second meeting with Marty, the general partner, I received a call letting me know they have decided not to pay me my compensation for the referral and that they were giving it to John Shaw instead because the opportunities at Shaw's River Ranch are so huge. Working with Pregio Homes was very easy. Communication was always open and project reviews, including the architect, were frequent and thorough. Plan changes were easily accomplished and concerns were quickly addressed. Warranty issues were fixed, even after moving into the house.

Marty is very knowledgeable of the project easy to contact and communicate with and maintains a very consistent schedule. Good Company, pay their bills on time and are great to work with.

Colarelli Homes has exceeded our expectations. They have not only treated us as a customer, but they have invited us in as part of the family.

Great time working with this group, project was done on time, on budget and with a few extras that we had not thought of before starting the project. I look forward to working with them again.
