Cobblestone Ridge Apartments

This apartment complex has been amazing. The Apartment was very nice. Leasing staff is incredible. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. Was there for 2 years and would highly recommend them, especially for Military.

I don’t like how my family and kid was treated by the office staff. The Afro American secretary was very nasty with me and my 2 years old. She was always looking at us when we were at the clubhouse and always complaining about me and my kid. She talked to me mean and when we reported her the manager never did anything about it. I wish they also say something about Patrick to the residents. He was the only person there that had all my respect, he was part of the maintenance team. If you are Hispanic DO NOT RENT THERE, if you have KIDS , DO NOT RENT THERE!

Been living here for like, 3 years. Great location. Features include In door and out door pools, sauna, hot tub, basketball court, a playground for the kids, dog park, and a club house with pool table. Not to mention the many parties and events the staff put together through out the year, this is definitely one of the best apartment complexes in the area!

The ladies in the office are always so kind and helpful. The amenities and clubhouse are unbelievably awesome! My favorite part of this place definitely is the indoor pool, hot tub is usually working and perfectly heated, but reall the plants in there are just absolutely awesome! I reccomend checking out these apartments before any others in the area.

Management apathetic to emergency situations. Will not let you use your own parking spot and will threaten to tow even when informed of off normal situation. Also will charge and blame you for their own equipment going bad.
