Cobble Creek Apartments

It has been a cute place to live in so far but recently the rent was raised which wouldnt be a problem if the amenities offered were reflected at that price point. The fitness center is very outdated and has limited options offered. There is one treadmill that has been broken and “closed for repairs” for the past year ever since I moved in as well as their hand sanitizer on the wall is broken. I really wish the fitness center was more up to date! The pool area is nice as well but theres a door without a door handle that is questionable and it closes pretty early. Seems like the rent is continuously raised over the years without any of it being invested back into the property.

This was a wonderful place to live for 6 years. Until FPI Property Management took over recently. Donelle Frederick is apparently the new manager and she has the worst customer service ever. She would never return my calls or emails for 2 months. I would not suggest anyone renting here. They don’t care about the tenants at all.

As a current member of this community I feel like this is the perfect place for young professionals trying to not live in an area with bunch of college kids are partying all night long. Quiet and everybody is pretty friendly. The place has a washer and dryer in the unit which is a must for me. Also I feel it is very safe as I notice as least to 10 to 15 people jogging on the sidewalks that surround the unit areas all throughout the day. Family friendly as well except if you have more then 1 kid there could be a space issue due to the fact they only offer 1 or 2 bedroom units. A very nice pool area that I only have been able to use twice but very nice. Also a gym which I rarely make use of. Moved in a month ago and I’m very happy. Professional staff that are quick to resolve any issues. Washer/dryer in unit is AMAZING. no more quarters and dragging my laundry out of my home. I also love how nice it’s landscaped.

We love living here! Kylee and Micah are so nice!
