many of the reviews on this company are from their family members. We purchased a model home from this company and have had problems that should have been covered under the warranty, but they always have an excuse why they cannot cover them. In addition to that they also did not proper permitting on the home, and after the closing decided to apply for permits with my name on them. Everyone who works for this company is somehow related to the owner and they all passed the buck from one person to the next and no one there knows what they’re doing. They always blame it on the person who worked there before them. There are walls in the home. There are crooked windows in the home.
