One of thier units had a busted pipe which caused my unit to become drenched ruining almost everything in my unit. The night it happened the maintenance Mgr of Coastal Lifestyles told me "You will be taken care of". Three days later the office manager told me the same thing yet a week later she changed her tune and told me "We will not repair your unit" , which caused a significance amount of water damage. My insurance company wouldn't repair it because it wasn't my fault so I was left with my HOME being destroyed in water damage. Needless to say, 8 months later I had to sell it for a lesser price because of the water damage. These people do not do what they say!

We booked our room with Coastal properties a few months ago. Aside from being here with tropical storm Debby because they do not refund nor do they allow you to reschedule if you decide leave early, they just said it’s a “forfeit”. Ok, not their problem, a storm is something they can’t control. Let’s get to what I feel wasn’t disclosed to us upon booking with them. First, there is no phone in this room. If you want to call the front desk, the restaurant downstairs or if someone wants to call your room, it’s not happening there isn’t a phone. When we asked about our trash the property management told us there should be a trash shoot on our floor for it. Yeah, nothing of the such. Yet a sign is on the door that says dail 0 for trash to be picked up, but we don’t have a phone in our room.

If you're in the market for a reputable, caring and responsible property management group to rent from then you've come to the wrong place. Run, don't walk, away from them.

They answered all my questions in a timely manner. They will work with you on getting into a rental.
