Coastal 61 Apartments

We lived here for 2 and half years and we had a wonderful experience always. Amenities are great, pool is nice. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful and spacious apartments and amenities and it is a gated community.

From my first visit I fell in love with this complex and knew this would be our home relocating from the Tri-State area. The lux feel in the public spaces, great lighting & open concept in all the buildings makes you feel safe, management office is always there to help, maintenance keeps the property top tier. Amenities are kept up. Apartments are roomy and full of natural light. We've greatly enjoyed our time here. Its on a semi-busy street & loud cars can be distracting depending on which side you live, but it's still great with the proximity to the interstate, outlet mall and ability to get to almost wherever you want to go quickly.

This is the best Apartment Complex in Hampton Roads. Hands down. The management team here is top notch. The amenities are world class. The environment and higher end feel is present everywhere. If there is ever an issue the staff is on top of it. Willie, takes care of every maintenance need and more! The ladies in the office are always helpful, informative, and can get you information or answer any questions without skipping a beat. Best complex I’ve ever lived in by far and hands down. Worth every penny.

The best apartment I’ve ever had!!! I really loved it here. The area is quiet, however it is near a busy road so you may see some traffic coming off of Wesleyan on to Northampton Blvd but other than that it’s pretty quiet. I actually love this area because it’s surrounded by everything you need so you don’t have to go far. The complex is clean and well taken care of from the grass to the trash, the pool and club house everything is well taken care of. They have a really nice gym with everything you need so there’s no need to have a membership elsewhere. MY OVERALL LIVING EXPERIENCE: was the great!! The apartments are so nice and renovated. Maintenance responded always in a timely manner and they always did routine inspections and would let you know in advance if they needed to come into

DO NOT TALK TO “TIA” AT THE DOG PARK!!! That woman is absolutely insane. She literally spends hours & hours at the dog park on a daily basis, stalking the entire complex.. she walks around with a gun in her purse like she owns the place- made my life an absolute nightmare! From, slamming her door to calling the cops & having her “friends” at the dog park stalking my wife who works in the navy! Even went so far as filing a report about my wife to her command- nonstop harassment. She called the cops so many times, even the cops started calling her crazy lol Coastal 61 was a breeze before that lunatic moved in, she killed all the positive vibes.
