Cloverleaf Apartments

I just have to jump on here and say my piece!! First off , Hope is a great woman who does require that you abide by the rules of the lease!! If you do what you agreed to, then she wouldn’t have to enforce her authority on some of y’all!! And second let me just go ahead and say this….. if you live here or have people visit you here… the SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH!! This isn’t nascar speed park, there are a lot of kids who live in the complex and most people seem to speed up right at the park where these kids play!! I strongly believe there should be speed bumps put in and when people start busting tires or have their front end all knocked out of whack from pretending they are Dale Earnhardt, then MAYBE they’ll slow down!!I have yelled at so many people and MOST of them are tenants who should kn

Normally i dont do such things. but after thinking about it for the two weeks since its happened, let me take a moment to reflect on something. Those of you in Madisonville thinking of moving to an apartment, think twice before going to Cloverleaf apartments. Now dont get me wrong, though they are a bit small the apartment we had did us well for the year that we were there. Bug free, fairly clean, and somewhat quiet, i mean as quiet as you can expect from apartment living. The problem with said apartments comes from the manager of them, and her name is Hope Claybough. though forgive me if i butchered the last name. Now some of you may ask. What is wrong with her? To the Attorney that works for Apex Law LLC, that has accused me of wrong doing. #1. This is not a hotel/motel and I am not a front desk worker. #2. As I told you on the phone I do not know anyone by your name, there has never been any lease for someone of your name and I had never heard your name spoken before you called. #3. No! I did not know what was going on even though I have worked here almost 9 years until you called. #4. There has not been any correspondences from a debt company put in this office's mail box, because the address for here is not 121 Wayman Road as I told you on the phone! I'm just going to put this out there... i'm a single mom with 2 special needs kids.. I have lived at cloverleaf apartments for approximately 6 years... I have read some of these reviews and I do not agree... If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to live... this is definitely worth checking out. . My family and I love it here... it's nice.. comfortable.. no bugs... ( pest control comes every month to make sure it stays that way)... these apartments have dishwasher.. washer/ dryer hookups... and my absolute favorite: a sprinkler system...There's good neighbors and a landlord that looks out for each other. Kids are loved here... regardless of being "normal" or special needs..I have known hope (the manager) since I moved in. She cares about people and will go out of her way to hel

To the person who just commented 6 days ago..your daughter was told to slow down..I stepped in front of her car to stop her..she was going at least 35mph in a 10mph zone..she was asked to slow down by the manager "Hope" and she replied with "you should stay on your side of the road"..first off..there's a speed limit for a reason..if your a visitor respect the rules as if you live here..point blank period..we have been here over a year..and nothing but happiness and peace is what we get around here..very nice place to live
