I don’t know how to say this but if you desire to live here, use discretion! There is no steady management so whoever comes, goes within maybe a month! A lot of people were put out due to unethical activity that was going on. They were supposed to be affordable housing. Now they advertise it on their website after the fact they have put out maybe 30+ residents As a single parent of 4, I was making well below 50% AMI as stated yet I was made to pay the base rent. It is a nice area but the way the property was ran is very questionable. Read every fine print, make sure you go over application with attorney if you must so that you will not be screwed

Management is a real joke..made appointment to view apt on website with AI for a specific time and date...took off work early and no one showed..tried multiple avenues to contact owner/ Management co...IMPOSSIBLE TASK...but yet on the review page the Company mentions to contact them..that is hilarious and just lip service...unfortunately its not against the law to be neglectful to your business..

I'm not sure yet. I thought they were very nice people in the office and the property looks great while taking care of, however I don't actually live there we'll see what happens in the future hopefully I can play some wonderful review about my new place to live. We'll get back in a few weeks to leave an actual review and maybe I can change that three stars to a five saying how wonderful it is and how the communication got better because it's one thing I can say now it's the communication was desperately in need of some help. I'm really praying that it's all going to work out

I like living in the corner away from the drama mammas. I just wish all people threw their garbage in the provided dumpsters and not on the floor. Also, some residents are dumping old furniture and matresses which I dont understand how you can do that. Just contact the office the day before the rent is due and arrange a bulk pickup. Also, I saw old tires right near the entrance one day. Not a good look. There are cameras but there is no enforcement or management of the videos on the property management level so that those breaking the rules will have a chance to mend their ways.

I was there visiting a friend and it seems like there’s always trouble in there. The cops are always there. Brand new place terrible place to live. It’s a shame. Maybe they should do a background check on people that are living in there. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I would give it a zero rating
