Cliffside Apartments

I don’t normally leave reviews but they definitely deserve it. The property is always fun to show off to friends and family and the staff is always a pleasure to interact with. The girls in the office always put their best foot forward to help in anyway they can and maintenance has always been timely whenever a situation arises. If you’re looking for a comfortable community , Cliffside is the place to be.

This place is way more quiet than expected. Out side when it snows it’s beautiful, especially the mountains in the snow on the trees makes it a great photo. Cliffside apartment are way overpriced in each door going into the halls. There is 12 apartments in each section so one building is 48 apartments yeah 48 apartments and one of those buildings rent is over 1700 for a two bedroom you have to pay s water bill every month at $30.00 & they make you have appartment insurance no choice. Charge $30 for water every month. I don’t know if that’s legal. There’s probably over 300 apartments in these add that up plus the water bill plus the insurance payment every month that’s $480 a year for the water times all of these apartments they’re making money off that. Cliffside is a cozy series of apartment homes situated along the backdrop of Sugarloaf Mountain. Do not let the property's street name or its building names confuse you - it is located in the town of Sunderland but provides ample access to livelier locales such as Amherst or Hadley by vehicle. A good variety of residents can be found at Cliffside: college students, families, retired folks, and everyone else in between. They are pet-friendly too. Caitlyn and Marisa are the onsite members of the management company, and I was immediately impressed by their responsiveness to every question and comment I had. It’s sad that I had to go out of my way and write this negative review actually My fist ever review but I’d figure I’d help save some people the headache. IF YOU READ ANY REVIEWS… READ THIS ONE! Don’t rush into getting into this apartment just because of the pool or the decent staff. Trust me, they will accept any application because they are so desperate to fill these vacant apartments, it’s a rotating door here and no one wants to stay. THERE IS AN UNCONTROLLED ROACH INFESTATION that is flooding out the walls on EVERY FLOOR. The roaches will be above your head when you least expect it!! BELIEVE ME!! Great tour. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL and have a lot of nice outside amenities. The girls in the office were really responsive and friendly. Highly Recommend Cliffside
