I’ve lived at Cliffside for nearly 10 years and have seen it go through many changes — upgrades, management transitions, and even the pandemic. Through it all, the current management and maintenance teams have consistently gone above and beyond. I’ve NEVER had a maintenance request go unanswered. Ever. While some repairs naturally take time (especially those requiring outside specialists like HVAC or plumbing), the staff always communicate clearly and work hard to ensure that I am comfortable and safe, which always leaves me feeling both heard and respected even when I'm stressed. There is true empathy from the staff here, which is an extremely rare find these days. This is just part one of my experience, but I hope it helps someone else make an informed decision. From the start, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. They rarely answered phone calls, and the only way I could ever reach someone was through their personal number — which they made it clear they didn’t want me using, even though they left no other option. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t ready. It wasn’t even safe — especially for my toddler. There were screws, trash, and construction debris all over the place. The dishwasher was badly rusted, and within a week or two, it stopped working altogether. I was told several times they’d just replace it, but instead it took them over a month to repair. used condoms were left around the property — completely

I lived there for 3 years, during my residence there it was a very nice place to reside at, plus really affordable. Management always addressed maintenance needs with timely fashion. I recommend to all my friends and family.

When I moved in here there were nails all over the floor in the apartment at least 50 which means he hadn’t inspected for safety. He and his girlfriend are the property managers. They spread rumors and even put a camera in my apartment because I am disabled and they thought they could get away with it . I called about a maintenance issue and the first thing out of his mouth was I have a gun. His girlfriend and him run around the parking lot and hide out in there apartment most of the time. They put a camera in my apartment illegally and his girlfriend would go in and out of my apartment without leaving any documentation. They also tried to use my credit card to buy a computer for their office. And found out from the bank it goes back to their office . So they took it upon themselves to get

I went into their parking lot to make a delivery. I could get in because "THE CODE WAS ON THE GATE" But then I could not get out. Neither entrance would open to let me out. I was terrified!!!! 😱 I called the office for help I was transferred to maintenance, then maintenance told me it wasn't my business and I didn't live there so have a nice day and they hung up on me!!!!! 🤣😂
