The renovations were nice, and I liked their no first months rent deal they had in the winter but when summer came around, it was unbearable! The heat was so bad, the AC unit in the apartment didn’t keep up at all. I was always tired everyday for work because I couldn’t sleep at night due to the summer heat, the apartment just became an oven. Taking a cool bath everyday was my only relief, or just not wanting to leave work to go home. I regret ever living here and would’ve payed more to have a better place. The hallways also had no ventilation and were even hotter and smelled weird.

Absolutely terrible. Roaches everywhere. Extremely hot during summers. One of the doors in my apartment had a big hole in it, and they just put a mirror over it. Also, the fire alarm blares every week and a half because some kids are ringing the fire alarm. Just don't go here.

Lord the AC,the noise and the smell 🤮😫 Honestly if you’re working hard to better your life,I understand it because I am myself, but you need to stay healthy to do so,therefore avoid this place. My one star is for the snow ❄️,they’re amazing with managing the snow during falls 🙌

Not much positive to say about this dump of an apartment. Cockroaches are a big problem there. Snow removal in the wintertime is a joke. And it was like pulling teeth to get maintenance to come and fix anything that was wrong. Parking lots are covered in broken glass and had my car broken into several times. Just take my advice and walk away before you sign that lease.
