Cleburne Plaza Apartments

I just want to say that I don’t live here. A friend of mine and I are applying with Miss Paula right now and I just have to say that she is one of the kindest, most helpful human beings that I have met in a long time. I really hope that she’s getting paid for what she is worth because Cleburne Plaza- y’all have yourselves a diamond.

I have lived at the Cleburne Plaza Apartments for two years now moving into the apartments was a new chapter in my life, and Miss Paula was just so awesome to help me through the whole process before I moved in. I did see that there were a few bad reviews, so I was nervous, but after living there for two years, I noticed it was not as bad as the reviews cut it out to be. Anytime, I had a problem where something needed to be fixed in the apartment. They were very quick to come out and fix it. There is no pest issues in the apartments. I have lived in two apartments there the first one was a 1 bedroom, second a two bedroom, and there was no Notice Sign of any pest. The neighbors are very sweet.! Thank you Ms. Paula for all your help.!

‼️NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN OR ELDERLY‼️ There is one little girl that is known for shoving elderly women, throwing people's phones into the street, fighting other children, and punching adults between the eyes AND MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. written claims have been submitted to the office, meetings have been enforced, and multiple witnesses have been questioned and STILL NOTHING.

This place is a joke and they will scam you!! If you have guest come stay at your house.. they will tow their vehicle! It will cost you $300 to get it out. They don’t tell you when you move in that you need to go online and register your guest vehicle. Instead, will tell you where to park the vehicle and expect you read signs saying you need to go online and register it. Why they can’t tell you that when you ask.. it’s a scam. Them and capital towing get money for towing your vehicle. The staffing is rude and so is corporate. When asked why wasn’t I told when I asked where to park the guest vehicle.. their response is “read the sign”.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs....love it great management. And love the arranged parking, although I see that others have had issues with this, however I love that I am able to park closely to my apartment with no problem, which is convienant with groceries and bad weather. Just thought I'd like to share my personal experience. Thanks
