Cleburne Oaks Apartments

I strongly recommend that no one rents from these people. They can't keep a property manager. I saw 4 in one year . They can't keep a maintenance crew . There's trash laying all over the place . There was a box springs that laid on the ground by my building for 6 months I told manager about it 3 months before I moved out and it was still laying there when I moved out . They had a sewer back up run for almost a month after I told them about it before they got someone out to fix it . I went 4 days without heat during the winter cause no one would answer the emergency line . I moved out in July and never got my deposit back or a reason why it didnt get returned . The damn train goes by all hours of the night and nothing was said about it before I moved in . This place is not a good place to

Apartments wouldn't be so bad if people were courteous. Experience really depends on your neighbors. Walk way smells like skunk, (prob marijuana) everytime you go outside, and even in your own apartment all you hear is neighbors music because they like to blast and bass music. Wouldn't be so bad if it didnt last literally 24/7. 2am, 4am, 6am, 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, literally every hr of everyday. Most of the time is spent at a friend's house due to not being able to get silence in my own place and I cant go outside without smelling skunk. Either a headache from all the noise & bass or headache from the smell.

Scheduled an appointment at 11am and showed up 15 minutes early only to find out that no one was at the leasing office. Waited 30 minutes to see if anyone was going to show up and nope. I called but was only being sent to voicemail. I had made this appointment about a whole two weeks ago

Worst place you can live at 15 20 years ago..especially if the maintenance team is still around. I would give it zero stars if I could.

DONT MOVE HERE especially with kids!!!! I moved in when i was 38 weeks pregnant. i stupidly ignored the reviews since there was new management who were incredibly welcoming. that’s great and all but where’s the maintence? i told them i suspected something in the apartment was making my daughter sick (after she was born ofc) and that’s there was mice. asked for a new unit, got a thanks and that’s it and maintence request. and apparently they’ve gotten many complaints?? anyways so what about my sick 3 m old for the time being? one more week and she would have been even sicker. i then got told to set up traps for mice since the pest control we pay for monthly w rent doesn’t do mice?! they completely ruined my daughters clothes. pooped EVERYWHERE. so we left earlier than we wanted. it’s reall
