The HOA has been notified about this and im hoping something will be done with this unprofessionalism displayed by Pedro. Simply put, empty threats to let the Hoa president know about my emails when I literally stand by everything I say. Don't talk down to me because "im not a deed holder". Two years ago, our board made the move to Clearview Management. This was done as a result of the PREVIOUS company not responding to work orders, inquiries, and requests for closing documents went unanswered. In fact, board members were regularly contacted because of this lack of follow through. This has all but ceased since day one when Clearview Management took over. In addition to responding quickly and professionally, Pedro and his team have ensured that accounting is accurate. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy or rent here. This place is a nightmare. The management is a group of criminals who definitely work against people who live there. They will try everything to manipulate you. You do not feel like you own your own place. The act like they own it. They are obnoxious and have a horrible way of communicating. Pedro, the president of the Association is definitely the worst individual I have ever met in my whole life! Very unprofessional. They do not care about people who live there and will try to screw you over. DO NOT waste you time and DO NOT invest your money there. I learned my lesson and had to get out of there!!!

As president of an association and a member of the board for over 15 years I can tell you that Clearview is totally responsive to homeowners and the board. You will always see posts from disgruntled homeowner because they didn't get the response they want. The management company is not making the decision, the board is, but management gets blamed. Pedro, Kim and their team are fantastic.

I have been a resident of my property since 2000 and have seen a great deal of change with the switch to condominiums being probably the most significant. I cannot tell you who the management companies were prior to Clearview because I really wasn't paying attention. After Clearview came into the picture in 2010, I became more observant. I even attended board meetings as a renter. And when I became an owner and board member I had a better vantage point to observe how Clearview took care of matters that affected the residents and the Association. I have to say that Clearview and Pedro Cuerva, as the principle, take a hands-on approach to matters that pertain to the residents, the buildings and the property in general. It was not unusual to observe Pedro on the property at odd hours taking
