Never buy a home from them. They hide all your options in your package. We could have had a fireplace in our home they didn't tell us till after. There warranty is over in one year from lease. They don't put gutters on your home at all. If an appliance fails they say it's on the company who makes it. The home isn't worth the price you pay. Our home cost $98000.00 when the loan is finalized we have to pay $210000.00 interest will kill you for sure. Very disappointed. The home is supposed to be energy efficient and it's so cold in the winter and hot in the summer trailer is not built very good every day sometimes is falling apart I would recommend if u are looking for a mobile home to look somewhere else not here

Well I will start by saying. The home my wife and I bought is beautiful we love the inside and the Sales team at this location were as helpful as they could be. WHAT I CAN'T STESS ENOUGH. If you buy a home though them. DO NOT use there contractors to install anything! The team who set up the footer and pads under the home did such an awful job that some of my supports are leaning and blocks are cracked already. The footer they installed was 6in out of level in the front and back of the home. When I hired outside of Clayton to do my block skirting the company could not believe just how awful a job they did with the concrete pier work. I had Inspectors FAIL the work they did under the home saying it didn't meet the code for deepth which made me have to back-fill way more then I needed to if

We had the pleasure of purchasing a 3 bedroom home. Setting up for my retirement this was the best choice hands down. The team led my Red was wonderful and very attentive about my needs and the specifics of the home in order to plan out for years ahead. Not only that I’m not even close to them and they went out of their comfort zone to help us. After getting a text message our other builder quit. Reds team rushed right in picked up the slack and we are in our new home. I usually don’t do post about things like this but this team did what they had to do to expedite our request and get us into our home. Many thanks again to Red and team!!!

Terrible Experience.Very cheaply made held together by staples. Overpriced would totally avoid buying anything here. HVAC failed within two years. Windows leak, Doors leak, trying to have anything repaired is like pulling teeth. Don’t waste your money.
