Clay Chalkville Apartments

Please avoid at all cost! I am a current resident at these apartments and they constantly have problems. The units constantly flood, have active growing mold, rodents (rats and mice), etc. No matter how many work orders are placed, emails, or phone calls issues are not resolved. Property management RMI Realty and the property owner (CHIP) refuses to take any accountability. They constantly raise the rent without fixing the problems in the units. If you want to leave somewhere habitable please avoid these apartments. ABC 33/40 put out a news story about the living conditions and the health department has been out.

My name is Alan I've lived here almost 11years .Very nice and peaceful. Close to Walmart and Publix, easy to interstate .

Nice apartments and the staff was very nice Especially Ms. Diane. She was very kind and friendly and answered all my questions.
