This is a great upscale naibor hood.all the people seem vary nice and lots of places to go running if thats your thing and the homes are huge and vary pretty.

From the beginning, the Classic sales team was awesome and went above and beyond what I had expected a sales team to do. We started our home building process from the East Coast and weren't able to physically visit the lot. Kimberly went to the empty lot to take several pictures and then went to another area that had a similar street layout so we could get a better feel for where our home would be located. Luckily we put our money down when we did as there were several other people looking at our lot. Fast forward and we are now thoroughly enjoying our home, our neighborhood, and our neighbors. Nice area at first glance- Here's just a few issues- -No residential streets are shoveled after snow storms making the areas very dangerous and re freeze. - people allow their dogs to go to the bathroom in common areas and don't pick it up if no one is looking - the HOA will complain about a car being parked out front, but nothing about snow mitigation. The house we bought has lights not aligned with the layout of the rooms and the doors are not centered properly. - the walls are thin enough to hear a full conversation on the other side without trying - if you are sleeping in the bedroom above the garage door, when you hear the door going up, it sounds so loud it will wake you from a sound sleep. I've only lived in this house for 5 months and have buyers remorse already.

We just moved to the area and were meeting with builders for a new home. We scheduled a consult appointment for a new build with Classic Homes. We arrived on time for our appointment, but weren't acknowledged or helped until 30 mins after our appointment time. When our appointment finally started, we were told they were, "the #1 builder in Colorado Springs". We found out later this was not true at all. It's their opinion of themselves, but not an actual fact. Maybe at one time they were, but they are no longer are the #1 builders in the area, not even close. The salesperson began to ask us personal questions. She then began preaching her views on religion, politics, and immigration of all things. I was incredibly uncomfortable.
