Classic Homes

We are celebrating one year in our Classic home- Midtown in Greenways at Sandcreek- and we are just as thrilled with the product as we were when we closed. Over the past year Classic has hosted a variety of events for the neighborhood and community which has been great to get to know new neighbors. Home warranty team took attentive and timely care of our requests as houses settle. We are incredibly happy with our choice for our first home to have been built by Classic. Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a new "Classic Home" in Forest Lakes in Monument, CO. Classic Homes deserves my 5-star rating for the entire process. Jenna T. in Colorado Springs showed us the house numerous times, updated us with photos of final construction details, and met with us to walk us through the paperwork on every house detail. Both before and after signing the house contract, she answered every question we sent her in a prompt manner. The Classic Homes team addressed every item that we found in our pre-closing walk throughs, and since moving into the house, they followed through with the 30 day walkthrough and fixed all new items that arose. Just what I’ve always wanted…to look out my window and see these glorified apartments. Classic Homes ought to be ashamed of themselves, especially since home owners were told they were going to be condos for sale, not apartment rentals. Deception at its finest. If this were their home, I’m sure they would not appreciate this view in their backyard. I’m glad I do not own a Classic Home.

Horrible workmanship and they do NOT stand behind their product/work. Our master bathroom didn't drained properly, the walls on the house are cracking, in the basement there's a knocking on the wall that I can not figure out where's coming from. The cabinets are falling apart, the company they used doesn't exist anymore. There was zero attention to detail and so much that was just engineered so incredibly poorly. I CAN NOT in good conscience recommend this builder!

So far, I've been pleased with Classic Homes. Sean, Annie and Maureen have been an AMAZING sales team to work with. They've been so diligent with sending us weekly photos of the progress and even sent flowers when they heard I had surgery. That's definitely going above and beyond! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the standard features included in your home are well below par. I can't say enough nice things about our design center coordinator, Cheryl Windom but the fact remains that the upgrades were very expensive. You can't pick and choose where you want to spend money. It comes in packages so that you can't just upgrade the main level; you have to upgrade the entire home. However, if it turns out to be as amazing as I'm hoping, I'll update my review to 5 stars.
