Customer Reviews
This place is an absolute JOKE. I lived here for 15 months. When the old management were running things, it was fine. Since new management took over, it’s been nothing but downhill. The gates? Broken more often than they work, so there’s zero security. Packages? Constantly stolen with no accountability. The pool? Closed way more than it’s open. Our washer and dryer broke MULTIPLE times, and instead of fixing it, they dragged their feet and told us to use a washer/dryer in another apartment like that’s normal. The dog park? Completely neglected — full of poop, weeds growing everywhere, and never maintained. It’s disgusting. They push every problem off until you give up. And when you move out, get ready for them to squeeze every penny out of you. They tried charging me for a crumb in the f
I’ve been a resident at this complex 15 months, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was at least fair—until the new management took over. Since then, the experience has gone completely downhill. The new team has introduced an onslaught of petty fees and charges that feel more like a cash grab than anything grounded in reason. During my move-out inspection, I was told I would be charged for a speck of dust and a few crumbs in the fridge. Seriously? After 15 months of on-time rent payments and keeping the unit in excellent condition, that’s what they choose to focus on? It’s clear that the current management is far more interested in wringing every last dollar out of residents than providing fair or reasonable service. What used to be a decent place to live has become a stressful and frustrati
Absolutely one of the worst places ever!!!!! Tried charging me last year for a cleaning fee after I showed them proof of my apartment being clean. Told me they had “no pictures to show me” after they missed coming to my walk thru and I had to leave to make it to my other apartment for my lease so I dropped my keys at the office and took videos and pictures. There was one missing plastic piece that goes around the plugs on the wall that had been missing since I moved in, I never cared so I never got it fixed they charged me for. When I moved in under the old owners it was a great place to leave, Krystal is one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever came across. After the new company came in and she left or they let her go, which ever one it was. That’s when you could never get a hold of anyon
Awesome place to stay Thanks Staci and Jessie andI’ve truly enjoyed living at your property — the staff and maintenance crew have always been top-notch, and I appreciate everything you’ve done to make my stay comfortable. Sincerely, Frederick Moore crystal awesome Office staff
As of February 2025, this property is no longer worth living in. You can find the same level of stress elsewhere for significantly less. Do not be misled by the polished photos. Management is consistently unresponsive and dismissive, and the public replies full of “we’re sorry to hear that” ring hollow without any follow-through. Nearly every long-term tenant I know has already moved or is actively seeking other housing. It’s deeply disappointing that individuals with such little regard for residents are placed in management roles. At this point, leadership needs to take responsibility and actually do the work—or allow someone capable to do it.
