I absolutely love this apartment community in downtown Sarasota! Everything you could ever need is right within your orbit, from the vibrant location to the amazing amenities. Alexis went above and beyond showing me around the beautiful community and made the whole experience so welcoming and easy. There are so many great resident events and perks that make living here feel truly special. I’m so glad I found CitySide, and I can’t thank the CitySide team enough for all of their help!

As a resident, I love having access to all of the amenities they offer: shuttle service, golf, tennis, pickleball, boat club, kayaking, biking, Saturday breakfast, instructor-led fitness classes, state of the art gym, beach club, and the first thing that I did when I moved in was jump in the beautiful swimming pool that is surrounded by mature tropical trees. The dog park with little doggie water fountains and bath area are super cute. Living here for 5 weeks, I am absolutely in love with being able to walk a block the The Bay, Downtown restaurants, and the beautiful Marina for sunsets and nightly cocktails. If you've ever dreamed of wanting to live in a downtown, this is it...the dream come true!
