City Edge Flats Apartments

Came to see Ms Dee today. She was absolutely fantastic. I have an apartment now! She helped me so much. Patient, kind and understanding. Im so so thankful for Ms.Dee

Absolutely love Ms D (manager) she has been with the complex for almost a year and she has improved this complex like no other. Out of all the places that I have lived at she has been the most top notch manager that I have dealt with. She is very caring for her residents and I couldn’t ask for a better property manager.

My mom moved into City Edge Flats the end of May 2018. This was her first apartment experience. It has been a great experience. Any issues that she has had with maintenance or other has been addressed quickly. The complex has changed ownership hands several times over the years and the office locations has even moved to other apartment complexes. This past year the office moved back to City Edge Complex with Dee Fitzgerald as the office manager over the complex. She has been fantastic!! She has brought the community more together and makes her residents feel so welcomed. She goes out of her way to help you out. Sadly we just moved out the beginning of September 2025 due to my mother moving to an assisted living facility. City Edge Flats was home to her. Thank You Ms Dee for all you have do

I just renewed my lease with Ms. Dee. She has given us excellent customer service and tries her best to take care of this community. She was outside picking up trash this morning. She has a heart for us all.

I leased an apartment here with Ms Dee and she has the best customer service and helped me so much! On 09/29/25 I came in the office to pay my rent and a lady by the name of Montana was here. She was extremely rude for no reason. She made me cry. There was no reason for her behavior. FreemanWebb Company needs to check into this. However I am giving 5 stars for Ms Dee at City Edge Flats
