Citadel Realty has managed my rental property for over ten years. They are able to get me great tenants (which I was unable to do when I self-managed). Melanie is great to work with and communicates with me when something needs to be fixed or needs maintenance. With Citadel Realty, I have an easy source of income that I don't have to worry about.

I cannot speak enough good about this establishment. They are very flexible and willing to work with you. If you are looking for an apartment in Colorado Springs start your search here cuz it will probably save you time. I’ve worked with other property rentals that are not half as fair and flexible as they are. They have properties in good areas, good neighborhoods. I hope to work with them into the future.
