I have lived here for 10 years when I first moved in I was a struggling single mom going through college and needed the subsidy. They have never had competent management over the past 10 years multiple different managers have miscalculated my subsidy and later required that I pay back money For rent that they miscalculated based on their criteria, which they never explained to you. I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for years before they fixed it. There was a period of time which I had roaches coming through the walls. It took months to get it addressed, and Management followed none of the repairs that were requested via the pest control company to stop the roaches from coming into my apartment. Just awful. Management is totally incompetent and rejects the Rule of Law and the CA. Civil Code. Management is verbally abusive and threatening. I understand the Bridge Partners in Sacramento owns this complex - one of three. STAY AWAY. It's not worth the rent and the dilapidated buildings AND the free flowing cocaine and all night noise keeping the respectable residents awake. They've tried to evict ME twice for reporting the drugs, noise at night and various other environmental issues.

I moved in 1year after the Paradise fire. Like every place else it has problems My apartme is home to me.

Sam was great, he figured out my hallway light switch issue, they were wired wrong, he fixed the issue ASAP and I am grateful for his expertise, thank you Sam and Management for taking care of this issue ASAP.

I have changed my star rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I have also changed my commentary since it is no longer relevant. I have lived here for 4 years and had reviewed based on experiences with the previous staff. Since getting a new manager and maintenance man, these apartments have improved significantly. The management actually addresses issues now and maintenance is done in a timely manner. The repairs are still not what I would like to see, but they are definitely improving this complex.
