Purchased a custom built home through Chuck Moss using Chuck's recommended builder. Chuck Moss was late to the meetings that he actually attended for the house build. We had no one looking out for our best interest as home buyers in this transaction. Would NOT recommend Chuck Moss or his recommended builder for anything. Terrible and costly experience, the home we purchased has become a nightmare of issues.

Coming into Sioux Falls we landed on a new built house we have been having our eyes on for a very long time out by tea SD we decided to drive by it and it was everything plus more! The open house was over but we seen a vehicle still there/ there was chuck and he brought us in to take a look we wanted to buy right then and there- sadly the home sold- the plus side we ended up purchasing a lot from him and starting our build with the house- most likely identical- it was such a beautiful home so we decided to move along and go with our guts!! Thank you chuck for taking your time to help us get everything set up with nick!!! You two make a great team!! See you soon!!!

Chuck is great to work with and does an excellent job. Very experienced in all avenues of real estate.
