Chris Ross Custom Homes

Chris built our home brand new in 2021. The house has slowly been falling apart and breaking. He takes days to respond and his sub contractors are rude and sub par. My AC is currently out and can't get ahold of him for the paperwork for the ac. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Every time we turn around, something is falling apart or breaking. Our electrical is horrible, our breakers are always tripping. We have to unplug our TV in our room to plug in the vacuum or it will trip a breaker. I'm guessing our water pipes were ran extremely shallow or against the brick in the walls because our cold water is scolding hot in the summer. Our trim is split all over and we are starting to notice places it was split and they just painted over it heavily to hide. Our doors to outside have huge gaps I'

This guy does not honor his word and cuts corners to get the job done cheaply. We had him build a new house for us and he did not insulate the house as indicated/requested and messed up our driveway and refused to fix it. These two issues will cost us over $36,000 to fix on a brand new house. I would find a more reputable builder to do it right the first time.

Office Manager is always friendly and on top of everything. She is a great asset to Platinum Homes Custom Homes, LLC. Chris Ross, the owner is a hard worker, he takes pride in his work and homes and his number one focus is customer satisfaction. I would recommend contacting Platinum Homes, LLC if your looking to build a new Custom Home.
