As a three-time new home builder, I highly recommend considering the services of Antares Homebuilders. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and attentive to our needs. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the design and used the highest-quality materials constructing our new home. We have received numerous compliments on the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Overall, we know this wouldn't have been possible without Mike S. He is as skilled and reliable a construction manager as they come. Without him, we know this would not have been possible. Thank you for building our home, being highly communicative and promptly responding responding to any questions or concerns we had.

We did not like our experience with Antares and would not buy from them when dealing with a new build straight from Antares. When speaking with Antares, you are speaking with a sales rep, not a realtor. They will say ANYTHING to get you in the home, and offer nothing in writing. Don't bother making a lower offer on a home, because the sales rep will just not even submit it. They were not flexible in the slightest. We made it very clear which home we were interested in, and the sales rep didn't even give us the time of day to let us know when it was pending or sold. I would NOT recommend Antares.

Mrs. Priscilla was so helpful through the whole process. She gave us updates on the progress of the house. She was very patient with us. We had a lot of questions. If she didnt know the answer she would find out and let me know. She is definitely a God sent! Mike is pretty awesome as well!

We stopped in to check on house prices and amenities. Honestly, we don't know, gonna have to think about it...
