This management company has completely failed its tenants. There is no heat provided, which is unacceptable and dangerous, especially during cold weather. The building has a severe rat and cockroach infestation—they are everywhere, not occasional sightings. The walls are peeling, maintenance requests are ignored, and basic living conditions are not met. Management shows zero concern for tenant safety or well-being. Complaints are brushed off, repairs are delayed or never done, and accountability is nonexistent. This is not just poor management—it’s neglect. If you are considering living here, don’t. If you already do, document everything. Tenants deserve safe, clean, and humane housing, and this company clearly does not This management company should not be allowed to operate in New York

I had some issues with the apartment when I first moved in at 1504 Sheridan Ave, but Management has stepped in right away to get it solved. I thought they were awful as per the reviews but I was wrong. I’m a man of God, I know he will send good people my way all the time. Thanks again for everything. Blessings.

This company is very careless in how to maintain their buildings. The building on University Ave looks horrible inside and out, both elevators are never functioning even after an upgrade the elevators are never properly neat. The stairway is filthy and even homeless people are sleeping on these filthy dirty stairs it’s disgusting 🤮. Repairs hardly get done and the super doesn’t do anything, even if you contact Chestnut Holding they're never responsive. The elevator is always filthy The parking garage gate is always open even the main front door is open. There are a lot of violations in this building. Update: Now homeless people are sleeping on the 6th-floor staircase. Seriously, you can’t make this make-up.

Your better off living on the street. Horrible management and a dirty disgusting building. They will charge your extra fees communicate nothing, fix nothing, and give you a hard time. I repeat you are better off living on the street. DO not waste your time! The broken windows, chipped paint alone are health violations.

If negative stars was an option, it would fit perfectly. Worse landlords in history. Phone calls! Emails! No response back. Super is no longer responding. They came for repairs to bathroom for a leak. Completely ripped out the ceiling above sink and shower, and never returned to fix the ceiling. Instead covered it up with plastic bags and cardboard. It’s going on a month.
