If I could give an F, I would! We regret having Chesmar as our builder. As much as we paid for this home, we should be getting exceptional customer service. After experiencing SEVERE cracked tiles, ceilings, and walls, Chesmar was notified repeatedly for the same issues we had been experiencing since moved in. Now fast forward almost three years later same issues. Chesmar stated that a year ago, it's now our responsibility to fix it. Horrible builder! New buyers beware moving to the Garden Ridge area. It's nothing but rock and clay out here. With that being said, document everything.

Love our Chesmar home. Very easy to work with, flexible with changes, beautiful work, & timely. We would build with them again, but we are in our forever home. :) Love the neighborhood too. Stacy, Tana, Lisa, & David were (and continue to be) AWESOME.

Beautiful homes, each home site on a 1/2 acre lot or 1 acre this community only has 69 homes total, intimate neighborhood, beautiful grounds and private I love it here
