Rockie and Mariza were a great team to work with! Core Values helped us find the perfect house at a good price when we moved to TX, and helped us prep and sell our house for a good price when we moved away again. We put a lot of trust in Rockie and his team, as we bought our house without even stepping foot in TX ahead of time... and we were not disappointed! Core Values truly lives up to its name, and we appreciate all the work they did to help us in our moves!

Extremely dishonest person, after closing on a house and not having the fireplace fixed as we had agreed upon, the seller was supposed to pay us for the repairs ($400). Their agent (in this case Rockie Carter, owner of Core Values Realty Associates), never returned my agent's call, never do business with this person. By the way, I wasn't able to find his records (Real Estate License Number), I wonder if he is still in business. So much for a business named "Core Values", I guess his "Core Values" are lying and deception. The transaction was done back in 2017, our agent was Alicia Vo and although we didn't want to close because of this issue, you assure her the seller would be paying us $400 for the repairs. Hopefully you'll remember now. There's only one way you could make it up for this,
