Chelsea Place Apartment Homes

My husband and I moved to Chelsea Place back in February after months of searching. I can honestly say moving here was one of the best decisions we have made. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the dog park is perfect for our two German Shepherds. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thats looking. Also all the girls in the office are so sweet and truly make you feel welcome and at home. Abby is awesome!!!!!

Great place! The community have many amenities and events to look forward to. The lease office staff members are always helpful, friendly, and informative. The neighborhood is well-maintained and clean, and it's close to a lot of stores to get basic necessities or just shopping for past time. 👍

Chelsea Place is a beautiful apartment community. We were looking for a 2 bed/1 bath and applied here, but the unit we wanted was taken. Abigail (Leasing Professional) worked with us to find a similar floor plan and made a couple adjustments to help it fit our budget. Abigail provided excellent customer service throughout the move-in. And she’s just one of six—management at Chelsea Place is solid.

I really enjoy living at Chelsea Place apartments. The staff are always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with any issues, which makes the day-to-day living here so much easier. You can tell they put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable community. On top of that, there are plenty of activities and events, which make it a fun and welcoming Place 🙂🙂 Lloyd

Upon entering the grounds of the apartments, you can see the grounds crew takes their jobs pretty seriously. The grounds are definitely immaculate. Anyone looking to move into an apartment would definitely wish to be here after a glance. I had an appointment, and as I walked into the information center, I was greeted with a warm smile. Ms Jade Waddell, asked if I could be helped and I told her I had an appointment to see an apartment. She looked me up and the person who was supposed to give the tour had already left for the day and I was 2 hours early. Ms. Jade was on the case. She showed the campus, a townhouse, and an apartment that had the same floor plan as the one I was interested in. It was a joy to have come across this place.
