Chateau Lake Terrace

This is a well-maintained and charming property, and our experience so far has been great. CJ and Jaime made the entire move-in process seamless and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The maintenance staff is very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. The online system is well streamlined and easy to use. I really appreciate the overall sense of safety within the property. Our apartment is clean and spacious, and the living room gets plenty of natural light. One of my favorite features is the pleasant, calming sound from the fountain—it adds a peaceful touch to the environment. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience and are happy to call this place home.

If you're looking for an Apt. in Nola look no further. Easily the best apartment I've ever stayed in. To me they provide the most value for the price point compared to other apartment complexes in pretty much all of New Orleans. Really nice Nostalgic New Orleans feel to the property. 5 min from the lake and city park, 15 from the Quarter. Staff are super nice and truly look out for you. I've stayed in 3 different apartments between Nola and Hammond, toured even more andI genuinely haven't seen an apartment complex pack this much value.

Large apartments with exposed brick and courtyards loaded with plants and trees and fountains give this small community a lot of character. Management seems nice and reasonable. Great for UNO students as campus is like 2 min away as is the scenic Lakeshore Drive and Lakeview region of NOLA. Immediate area slightly sketch but not bad, and the security is good anyways. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in a quiet part of the city or any UNO student for sure. Oh and I noticed reviews about roaches being everywhere...I have never once encountered a live roach within an apartment. Besides, this is the deep dirty south; roaches abound. Keep your apartment clean, and you probably won't ever see one either. If you do, call it a Palmetto Bug, offer it a crumb, and all will be well.

I love the place! so charming, definitely a real New Orleans feel to the property!!!. My daughter was looking for an apartment as a student and CJ assisted us with the lease. I am all the way in MD so the comfort of knowing the community is tight, clean and safe was all we needed to sign a lease. We were even allowed to ship items such as her furniture and mattress prior to her move in. It has been over a year now going into year two on the lease and I have nothing but good things to say. Even when a few things were wrong in the apartment, they were quick to fix it. I even came down for Thanksgiving and I enjoyed cooking in the quaint kitchen. For the location, charm and cost, you can not beat it!

This is a great place to stay! The community is super friendly and the staff set up amazing events to connect everyone. If anything ever goes wrong, Jaime and CJ are always on top of it and the maintenance is super efficient. Everything thing is clean, well-maintained, safe- and this is just an all-around great place to live!
