Chartwell Apartments

Vanessa Beamon and Lacey Hill were very helpful with my move in process. The renovated apartments are spacious and really pretty on the inside. Love that my parking space is right near mt door. Would recommend renting here, lovely neighborhood.

Darren W the maintenance worker is very quick and punctual when responding to issues regarding the apartment in a very quick and timely manner he works very diligently and is very respectful when helping out. Miss Vanessa and Ms Lacey are amazing and wonderful Administrative/Office managers who are extremely patient kind down to earth and won't make you feel at peace and comfortable talking with them they explain things in detail are very lenient and understanding of issues and would definitely recommend all three people for a raise.

The maintenance team at Chartwell has been very helpful and prompt. Recently, I faced some issues in my apartment, and Darren responded quickly to fix them. He also took the time to explain his actions and provided advice on preventive steps for the future. I value his professionalism and expertise.
