Century Plaza Apartments

I moved into my apartment on August 30th 2025 and I have never felt so welcomed by a property staff or a community in my fifty-eight years. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Additionally, I'm an Iraq/Afghanistan combat veteran and I've been shown nothing but respect and gratitude for my service. The apartment was recently renovated and is beautiful. As I said before, the staff are all wonderful here and host great community activities in the form of resident appreciation events. If you're looking for a new apartment, I couldn't recommend a better place to live than Century Plaza Apartments.

I have only been at century plaza for a short of a few months now and I’m grateful that the staff was so sweet and nice. Chris is definitely the mvp for me with all his help. He answered questions that I had I was able to bring to his attention certain issues or if I had a maintenance complaint he would get right on it and have it in the system asap. The complex itself is quiet and steady. Not to many ppl are outside and I especially enjoy that they have a gym and a laundry room on sight. My last apartment could never. My children enjoy the apartment and the amount of open space in the kitchen with the dinning area is what I was looking for when searching for an apartment with good sunlight. highly don’t recommend staying here this experience has been nothing short of horrible! It’s a reason why they’ve been bought out 5 times in the last 5 years the switch management like they switch socks. The current managers / management aren’t good they don’t want units / you never get a clear explanation on what you ask they legit just sit in the office all day and collect a check. You pay for pest control etc & amenities that you never see pest control came out to our until 1 time this whole year & since then we’ve had a live roach infection which sense hasn’t been treated. It’s a reason they still have 1 month free rent signs in the front that’s been up “ ALL YEAR “ that’s just a scam to get you in please don’t fall for it! when you tour they take you to a building that’s across from t

The townhomes are very huge and spacious. Marble countertops in the kitchen are awesome! As well as the oversized dining room area! Great living environment for safety if you have children.

Going into my second year here and love the location. My requests are always handled and done professionally. The office staff couldn’t be kinder and looking forward to all the improvements that are being done under new ownership.
