Century Middletown

I'ved lived here now for 1 year this month (March) and Icouldn't be more plessed. The apartment is spacious, beautiful inside and the grounds are spacious and well gromed. The service on the drive and sidewsalks this winter was good. Even if all of that was just average the manegement team would take it ovedr the top. Can't say enough abougt how frienly, helpfull, and professionall they all are and this include office nd maintenance.

I have been living at Brookview for three months now, . The staff is amazing, and they made me feel welcome. They were very helpful, and the apartments are drop-dead gorgeous. I didn't see my apartment before I moved in, but when I was moving in with my sister, we were amazed because we didn't expect it to look that beautiful. I love my space and Brookview. It's quiet and peaceful, and people mind their own business. However, when you need help, they're always there to assist you. I once had an issue with my garage opening up by itself, and it was connected to someone else's garage I got scared and called the police, but while waiting for them, my neighbor told me I could wait in her car. apartment is nice, pool is small and sunny. mowers are reckless and blow towards vehicles not away from, very upsetting if you have a nice vehicle. People with dogs let them do their business and leave it to step in, owners will also allow their dogs to pee on the entrance of other apartments....it smells awful. there is also multiple dogs that are on the "not allowed to have " it is not enforced and when there are 3 dogs on the floor above you it is noisy and some owners have no respect for those below

The main pro of this apartment complex is that it is in a good area, if you can find a better priced apartment in a good area I would go with them. The apartment was overall clean and quiet with enjoyable neighbors. Con: -Starting with staff, Shantel was beyond rude my entire tenure at the residence. Jessica was beyond helpful but when she was out you had to deal with attitude and lack of wanting to do their job with Shantel. - Trash bin is expected to only be put outside at 6pm, no earlier. This is difficult for people who get home late and are not able to put trash out before pickup starts at 7. - They often miss trash pickup and have a raccoon problem that they refuse to solve, this leaves trash all over your front porch you have to clean. - Dog poop all over the place needs picked up

Overall my wife and I really enjoyed living at this community as we have been here for nearly 4 years. The pool and gym are really nice touches and the grounds are pretty well maintained. If you do have maintenance issues they are quick to be resolved often less than 24 hours. We dealt with a mold issue and after a while the corporate office did approve a new unit or to exit our lease without penalty. The manager, Jessica is kind and genuinely wants the residents to be happy. Finally, there are monthly community events that I rarely attended but were a nice touch. I recommend Brookview at Middletown.
