Worst experience I have ever had with listing one of my properties. Do not list with Alyssa Holmes if you want someone to actually buy your listing. It would be 0 stars if that was possible.

Perfect transaction. I will only rent from this company when at North Myrtle Beach. Condo was beautiful, completely clean (ready one hour early, which I know you can't count on, but it was nice) and we had a great time (stayed at 901 Buena Vista which had a great view and was decorated very well). Thanks again for a great vacation, yet another year!

My family has used Thomas Realty since the 70's. First to manage our beach property and later to rent vacation properties from. Always excellent service, never had a single issue. Highly recommend.
