Judge Fite decided to sneak a 6% commission clause into the fine print of the property management agreement. I’m selling the house to the tenant without the use of any realtors. Why should I pay Judge Fite a commission when they did nothing to support the sale. Judge Fite did not meet the minimum requirements to be a broker. Judge Fite is also attempting to keep the tenant’s security deposit, in addition to demanding I pay the tenant his security deposit back. They want a free $2600 at my expense. What an absolutely sleazy scam company. Furthermore, upon inspection of the house myself, it became apparent the tenant had a dog in the house. The lease explicitly indicated NO PETS.
