I rented a home through this management company based on a video walk-through and was assured several issues would be fixed before move-in that were evident in the video walkthrough. They were NOT. I moved in to MULTIPLE broken blinds, leftover debris, old curtains still hanging, and a non-working AC in the middle of summer. For the next five months there were constant problems and repeated maintenance visits. It felt like there was never a month without something needing repair. All I have to say is go see it in person. Document everything, make sure its in working order before signing anything and have an attorney on stand by. Worst property management experience ever as a tenant. Never again will I consider century 21 for anything.

Horrible customer service from the woman in the front. I was trying to do my boyfriend a favor and drop off his money order for rent and he was unaware there were 2 locations and that this was not the property management location. She rudely stated “this isn’t property management” to which I was confused so I asked for clarification on where I needed to go. She said “to property management” … well thanks? Proceeded to ask where is that? There was another woman sitting away from the desk who chimed in and assured me it was only a couple minutes away. Rude woman in the front had the address the entire time and could’ve kindly stated I was in the wrong office and given me the address without the attitude
