Central Park Lofts KY

I lived here for almost 3 years and the only reason I recently moved out is because I bought a house. This place is wonderful. Secure underground parking. The common areas of the building are kept neat and clean. The other tenants were always quiet and friendly. Management (Adam is who I always dealt with) was always quick to answer questions, resolve rare issues with appliances, etc. I highly recommend this place for respectful professionals. This building is a hidden gem and should be kept sacred.

I've lived at Central Park Lofts for over 11 years. In fact, I moved into the building well before the rest of the units were complete. I chose the complex because of location and the style. Love when an old building is renovated into something modern with open spaces, exposed elements, and high ceilings. I will admit that, over the years, the building has seen an assortment of management, many of which were incompetent and did not care about the tenants. I elected to stay through those difficult times because I truly love my space. It's not an apartment or a rental... it's my home, and I take pride in the space and the building...something I wish many of the other tenants would do. I've lived at Central Park Lofts for almost three years. I really like my unit, love the loft feel with the exposed ductwork. The kitchen is fairly updated. I enjoy the neighborhood - walks in spring around Old Louisville and Central Park are beautiful. Importantly, the building has had new owners since about March 2019, and the new management has been very responsive to any maintenance issues. They are also performing many upgrades to the building, such as new paint in common areas and a new roof. I'd definitely recommend these apartments for any professionals who wants to be close to downtown or the university.

I have lived in Central Park Lofts for a little over 8 years now. In the past, there were numerous issues with the property management. However, since the building was sold around a year ago, the new owners, have alleviated all prior issues and been very "hands on". They have addressed the leaking roof issues, and are upgrading the public spaces. Their property manager, Adam, does an excellent job of being accessible when a problem arises, and addressing it as quickly as possible. Having moved here from a condo I owned on West Main Street, I appreciate the high end finishes not normally seen in apartment living. As an architect, I find these contemporary loft spaces in this mid century building in old Louisville to be unexpected and a hidden jewel in the city.

Central Park Lofts is an amazing property in a great and historic part of town. It's got everything you need in a rental: a stylish building with a very quiet interior, spacious units with very high ceilings and concrete floors, and walkability to a coffee shop right across the street and central park a block away! Management is 2nd to none with Adam going out of his way to help out in any way he can. Also your going to be hard pressed in finding a basement parking garage anywhere in this neighborhood so that is a huge relief. With reasonable rent and a unique living space all in all my 3yrs there were very worthwhile!
