Central Avenue Lofts

I’ve never felt more unsafe or disrespected as a tenant than I have under the current property manager at this building. I went to the office simply to pick up a package—a basic task that should be routine. But like many other times, the office door had a “In a Meeting” sign up, which seems to be the case constantly. Tenants often wait for assistance and leave without help because no one ever seems available. While I was waiting, another tenant—who didn’t speak English—knocked politely and the manager came out yelling at her. The tenant was confused and just trying to ask a question. I calmly stepped in to help advocate for her and explain the situation, and that’s when the manager directed her aggression toward me. Ms Tonya at office here at central helpful in getting me a 2 bedroom Apt, here at central. Very nice and helpful, anytime I come to office about my application or questions, always available. I have referred several people to central lofts, since I have applied. Very nice lady!
