I wish I never moved here!!!!! I was bamboozled from the start. They gave me a tour of a apartment I was all on board because I was looking for more space they gave me a move in date but the place was not ready until a month later. I finally get my keys and it was not same set up it was smaller than the place I just moved from not to mention they cut your water off 2-3 times out the week the main bathroom has mold that they are not treating just painting over it I have only been here a few months and already had 4 inspections like what are yall looking for oh and these apt have really bad roaches and no washer and dryer connections. Move here at your own risk.

I love the new renovations! I also appreciate how professional and detailed manage was during the application process. And the maintenance staff tended to my minor work orders in a timely manner. This is an amazing property!

This place is a joke they tell you want they think you wanna hear to get you to move in it was me my husband are two kids and are service dog there is always trash all over ground and all around the trash cans we live here for a month and a half and are first week we found roaches on the wall they had someone come in and spray for them but it was around one bathroom door frame and a little bit in the kitchen. They have cops in and out 24/7 they have teens walking around with guns talking about shooting up the place my kids and husband have bad health problems and I reported it to the office because are apartment smelt like weed bad witch my husband has COPD and it made him sick so bad he had to spend a night in the hospital because of it and my kids have chronic asthma witch made my kids h

Deanna definitely should find another career path! I had been speaking and emailing her, but when I came in she told the other lady to help me, which she was great and actually wanted get me to lease! But by me being in contact with Deanna I understood why she didn’t want to take the lease from her. Deanna refused to let me pay my app n admin fee online, she stated “what if this doesn’t go through “ which made me mad because what does that mean? How could you say that in front of your prospect. That’s discrimination and I know she learned something in fair housing about that if not leasing is not for her at all. Also, no I didn’t lease I politely left and told her she’s the reason.
