Jerry did a great job for us, fortunately finding mostly cosmetic items to be fixed which the builder jumped on and took care of. He also did a neighbors home and did find a structural problem to be taken care of by the builder. I'm glad we had Jerry do the inspection, in this case, for peace of mind.
