Centennial Gardens

After touring the residents last month, I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the property! The office and gym was everything! After moving in, the apartment was very clean and the process was nothing short of amazing! Derekia is by far the sweetest lady I have ever encountered! I’ve called the office twice and spoke with Kelsey who fulfilled my maintenance request both times. I asked her who fixed my sink and she informed me that it was Mr. Eric and I wanted to give all three individuals kudos!!!!!! Very pleased with my experience! Thank you so much!

Seriously loving my time at Centennial Gardens! The office and gym are always super clean, which is a major plus. Big shoutout to Kelsey in the leasing office she’s always so nice and helpful. Eric was awesome when I needed some help with anything he got everything sorted out super fast. And Derekia? She's a rockstar! My apartment looked amazing when I moved in, thanks to her. Just wanted to shed light on how caring the maintenance supervisor was to my son and I on last week. Mr. Fulton made an effort to give a speedy response to our heat going out. He showed up promptly and was very knowledgeable and kind in repairing this issue. Grateful for him and other staff that actually care about tenants. =)
