BE READY TO GET ROBBED!- Management was difficult to work with… When I moved in there were things that needed to be re-cleaned which could be understanding until I was moving out. The they nickel and dime you on your security deposit with no justification. The places were nice and my wife and I enjoyed our one-year lease. What has been insanely difficult, however, has been moving out and trying to get our deposit back. The final account statement on August 1st told us that we would get our deposit back within a month (before September), but of course it was a week after the contract said it would (and even then that was only because we were calling them and reminding them each and every week). Then, when we disputed the charges because we were wrongly charged for renters’ insurance that we already had on file, they wouldn’t do anything about it until it was outside of the time frame they’d promised, despite our repeatedly contacting them. Snow or ice on the sidewalks don't get removed and create a major slip hazard. Not a safe place to live.

Really hoping to be able to move there very nice town homes pricey but it's the average cost now a days. Only complaint is the $200 admin fee to apply besides the $40 per person

The places were nice but I don't feel worth the cost. My rent was supposed to be a certain amount but it always changed. I tried to ask but after briefly tryung i gave up and just knew i was going to move. The day after i paid rent there would already be a small charge and by the end of the month the fees just increased. The place im at now has a set rent, nothing changes and i even appreciate how management approaches situations. The worst part became the managers constant emails and texts that would threaten fines followed by an email to enter a raffle for a chance to win a TV or something like that. After a few months of this I couldn't take it anymore. Like seriously install cameras and stop bugging me to tattle on a neighbor because you don't want to clean the property yourself. Oh
