Great place to rent from. They’ll jump on it if you have an issue. It was time for me to renew my lease and Rachel made it SUPER easy and was extremely helpful when I had questions. I’m going on my 3yr renting and plan on staying a total of 4.

The process was long but both ella and vasti keep me updated. Even when I was asking all types of questions someone reach out in spoke with me. My favorite person to work with is Patrick. He is outstanding. De deserves a gold star. He didnt get mad when I wanted to see the same house. He made me comfortable enough to go to more then one home. He encouraged me to apply even though I wasnt going to. He is great in a lovely person. Im so happy that he was my tour guide. PATRICK WAS THE BEST OF ALL!

Great experience working with Ms Ella and Vasti. My questions were answered promptly and I was kept very informed of the process. This will be my first experience renting with CB Properties and already it’s been great! Special shout out to Patrick as well, who was the agent that showed me homes! 10/10 experience.

Every question that was asked, even if he didn't have an answer, he was kind, reassuring, very thorough and just a wonderful person. Thank you simply for being nice. You were wonderful!

Patrick He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The inspection was thorough, and his helpful advice made me feel confident about the condition of my home. Overall, a great experience — friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!
