Castlewood Apartments

I live here. It takes them forever to fix anything. It's never anyone in the office. I made a maintenance report on 12/19 and it's now 01/03. I have no hot water. I think there needs to be owners that care. It is February now, there's STILL no one in the office. I'm hate it here and am looking to move

This is gonna be a long one but this place sucks so bad the lady in the office aubry or whatever is the worse towed my car while trying to move in then all she had to do was call n tell them to give it back but for a low income place to have people towed messed up what makes u think anyone has $85 to get our cars back we are in low income for a reason then apparently my car was parked to close to the garbage other then looking up the tag that they make u put on ur car n cant get a tag for ur car with out registration but instead of looking up too see who car it is she called to have it towed luckily the tow guy was supper nice about it had someone come tell me to move my car instead of towing it or the fact that if u are completely without a job they give u checks to pay ur electric bill b

I don’t recommend anybody moving to this place it’s a joke ever since I have lived here. I’ve given them multiple papers to have my dog and they still trying to say I have to get rid of her and I’m not going to this place is a joke to live in, and when I first moved in, towed my vehicle when I was moving stuff in In this place is not good to raise a family There’s too much violence in this place. My daughter can’t even go outside without a kids trying to beating her up.

This place is a complete joke! Don’t move here! They kick certain people out & let other people live there that aren’t on a lease!! They let people be harassed, and are scared to say things to certain people even though they have the authority to do so! Neither of the ladies in the office handle situations the way they are suppose to & they don’t follow through with police reports on peoples behave! Housing Authorities, their management department Dominium Management Services LLC will be contacted on how their office staff doesn’t like to do there so called jobs. And follow the procedures as they are intended too!

That’s probably why so much going on after hrs no police patrolling so the people are fighting with kids outside them gray apartment has the worst tenants in it they outside all night very loud and always fighting I just moved here and I don’t take my kids outside to many adults just sitting around drinking at the PARK…
