I’ve had the pleasure of working with Paula on numerous plumbing projects, and she’s truly a great person to work with. I feel like she genuinely cares about the properties she manages and well-being of the people renting them. Paula is both understanding and fair, but she know when to be firm to get things done right. It’s always a positive experience working with her.

I have lived here for almost 9 years and it is awesome!! They are always very quick to respond to maintenance requests and they do social events every few months for us in fun new spots. LOVE living here😁 10/10 recommend!

LOVE LOVE!!! SO cute and such a great location! Close enough to the "action" of Ybor but far enough away that you don't have to hear it. The staff is friendly and so accommodating! Ask for CHRIS when you're ready to move in, he's the best leasing agent! Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner and they keep the property safe and clean. I absolutely 10 out of 10 will ALWAYS recommend! I've lived in sooo many apartments with terrible staff and bad upkeep and this is such a breath of fresh air. I also love all the history in the building. Whoever did the interior design really knocked it out of the park combining old Cuban vibes with modern big city lifestyle. Perfect place.

Casa Oliva was amazing - the office and maintenance staff were superb! never went long without services i needed and always willing to help! Had to move out of the city but was a great time in Ybor. Highly recommend the area to anyone looking for a revamped living space within a great local unique neighborhood close to all that Ybor and Tampa have to offer!

I’ve stayed in Oliva for over a year. I’m always surprised when I have a maintenance request that they come almost always the same day. Anything from lightbulbs in my high ceiling to changing the air filter. The office staff are always nice and professional and I love the resident events! They throw something quarterly if not monthly! Tiffany, Paula, and Laura are always there anytime I’ve needed anything!
