Casa Oliva

Lived here for a very short time before having to move for work. A beautiful place with lots of history. We stayed on the bottom floor, which had high ceilings, bright windows, and open space. It’s definitely one of the more unique places I’ve stayed at for sure. It doesn’t feel like an apartment complex at all. Parking is extremely limited though, so keep that in mind. It is nice that it’s in Ybor and so close to everything. Road closures will happen from events thrown in Ybor occasionally so figuring out how to get in is kinda difficult. Overall, it’s a nice place in Ybor.

It's been a pretty good experience living here. I'm on my second year. There's been some ac problems that went on for a bit and the appliances are ok but the staff is always fast in response to problems to make up for it. Great location and character with a pretty good price considering the times.

I was looking into areas around Ybor, just moved to the area. Staff was super helpful, and considerate. They had multiple locations ready to view. Really quick with the replies and outstanding service all around. Highly recommend. My tours were filled with insightful historic knowledge of the area coupled with a warm community embrace. Casa Olivia is an amazing place to rent, being in the heart of Ybor city and seconds from downtown. Being a retired cigar factory, it boasts original hardwood floors and older styles that bring you back to the origins of Tampa. There is plenty of food and dining, plus a free trolley connecting it all. The rental staff is also absolutely pleasant and super fair.

I've lived here since May -- absolutely love it! It's a wonderful area and I love the quaintness and history of this building. It's so easy to walk to so many places and to catch the trolley, too! The staff is fabulous -- they work really hard to keep everything in shape and have fun events for the residents, too! Best leasing staff I've ever worked with!
