If I could give zero stars I would. My grandmother has lived here for years. They recently took out over double her rent. They then proceeded to act as though it was something she did. Telling her "You must have pushed that you owe us more." How? When her payments were on autopay for the last three months. She doesn't have to push a thing. Then when they realized it was indeed their mistake they told her it would be six weeks for them to return her money. That is not acceptable at all. My grandmother is on a fixed income and could not wait that long for HER money. Luckily, her bank was able to get the money back for her. Terrible service from the beginning! Tried to schedule a tour once I arrived the manager says they can’t show me the unit because people live in them and then decides to tell me that the rent is way more than what I was told through scheduling. She proceeds to tell me that “Sam” is an AI bot that they use to schedule tours and she didn’t even think to apologize for simply wasting my time she was very unprofessional I would NEVER rent through these people.

In our office we have a wonderful manager name Jennifer she goes all out to make sure your happy and all your needs are met. I am very happy here 😃.. I have a modern apartment including central air and heat. I feel safe and it's a secure building. We also have a working elevator. Every apt has a full size washer and dryer which is a plus and you don't pay for water. You want a place to call home I invite you to speak to Jennifer and make Carpenter Flats your next home.
