Had a good selling experience but horrible on the buying side. Our agent was more worried about her reputation with other agents than taking care of her clients. She cut off communication and refused to show us houses. We ended up having to terminate the buying agreement.

Michael Sally (Sally), Carolina One Real Estate Broker, and Sharon Hymer (Hymer), Carolina One Real Estate Agent, sabotaged the sale of my house. Things were peculiar from the very beginning. Hymer came to my house for me to sign the contract with Carolina One Realty (C.One) and she did not bring a market analysis of the recent sales of comparable houses in my area. Instead, she brought an analysis that was a year old that, obviously, was outdated and no longer relevant. She did a great job and we got the property sold at a favorable price. Linda shepherded the process with the buyer and minimal negotiations. (2) January 2025, Denise Salvi (CarolinaOne).
