I am the person don’t like to give reviews but with my experience especially with this realtor’s rude and threaten text responded by saying she is going to sue me if I leave a bad review for her when I told her the fact what she did was not right. She didn’t realize the problem and to apologize instead of threatening on me as her client .unbelievable! I was interested to see one property that is her listing. First of all, she made difficult to show the property, she required me have to have pre-qualification letter from lender which is don’t have to , I told her I will give that with my offer if i like the property , but she said no! We were buying a home long distance and Carla kept us appraised when ever a home hit the market and she would video and also do a vertial live viewing of each home we wanted her to look at. When we did find the home we wanted, she worked with us every step of the way. There were a few tense moments due to seller, but Carla navigated each challenge like the pro she is.
